PRODUCTION MANAGER – JOINERY & FURNITURE FIT-OUT

Location: Umm Al Quwain, UAE|Package: AED 14 000 – 20 000 / month + family accommodation

Where you’ll add value

• Oversee day-to-day joinery & furniture production, meeting time, cost, and quality targets.
• Build detailed programmes, mentor designers/engineers, and act as the technical go-to for joinery.
• Select suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage budgets for all joinery packages.
• Champion HSE and continuous improvement across the division.

Must-haves

• 8 + years in fit-out manufacturing/joinery with 3 + years in a leadership seat.
• Strong budgeting & supply-chain expertise plus AutoCAD/shop-drawing literacy.
• Currently in the UAE and free to start quickly (immediate to short notice).
