Job Description:

1. Develop and manage production schedules, allocate resources, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
2. Lead and provide training to the joinery craftsmen team, offering performance feedback and fostering a culture of excellence.
3. Monitor production costs, optimize resource utilization, manage inventory levels, and implement cost-saving strategies.
4. Oversee machinery maintenance, enforce safety regulations, conduct inspections, and provide safety training.

Qualifications:

1. Male, 55 years old and below
2. Diploma/bachelor’s degree in civil, Structural, Architectural Engineering, or any related field
3. At least 8 years of UAE experience in the same role from a joinery factory
4. Preferably with valid UAE Driving License and own car
