Position Title: Production Manager – FMCG

Salary: up to 20K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client: A leading importer and exporter of fresh fruits and vegetables globally.

Job Description:

1. Oversee the daily operations of juice production facility and pre-cut item production.
2. Responsible for managing production schedules, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency, and leading a team to meet production targets.
3. Coordinate with the Quality Assurance team to conduct quality checks and resolve any product inconsistencies.
4. Implement and oversee procedures to ensure the accurate and safe cutting, portioning, and packaging of items.

Qualifications:

1. Male, 40 years old and below
2. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
3. At least 5 years of UAE experience from FMCG industry
4. Must have extensive FMCG background specifically in handling juice facility, pre-cut item production and operations and ready-to-eat factory.
