Your role

Responsible for production and distribution activities in terms of product quality according to group standards, customer service levels, and costs aligned with the validated budget.

Main responsibilities :

• Apply and respect all Group policies and local regulations across all dimensions (HR, CSR, EHS, Finance, Quality, …).
• Contribute to the definition of the budget, manage variable costs, and report performance via standard BSC.
• Implement the industrial roadmap, adhere to, respect, and control processes defined by the group according to Rx referential.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for better working conditions, customer satisfaction (quality & service), and cost optimization.
• Enhance the site's management system efficiency.
• Manage, motivate, and develop team skills.

Main requirements :

• Master’s Degree in Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in production, including 2 years of team management, deploying end-to-end production processes.
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Required soft skills: organizational skills, responsiveness, team management, rigor, interpersonal and negotiation skills, managerial courage, results orientation, leadership, and influence abilities.
