Job Title: Production Manager – Prefabricated Buildings / Portacabins

About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Production Manager to lead and manage our portacabin / prefabricated structures production facility in Umm Al Quwain. This is a senior-level position responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations, managing teams, and ensuring quality and on-time delivery of modular units.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end production activities for prefab buildings and portacabins.
• Oversee planning, material usage, resource allocation, and team performance.
• Interpret technical drawings, manage BOMs, and ensure optimal workflow.
• Maintain quality, safety, and compliance with production standards.
• Implement process improvements using lean manufacturing or similar methodologies.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and design teams for smooth execution.
• Ensure accurate reporting, KPIs, and delivery targets are met

Qualifications

• Experience: 5–10 years in production management within modular construction, portacabins, precast, or steel fabrication.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of construction drawings, take-offs, CAD/ERP systems.
• Leadership: Proven team management and shop floor supervision experience.
• Process Improvement: Experience in lean manufacturing or Six Sigma is an advantage.
• Must be available immediately.
