Streamline production workflows to maximize machine uptime and reduce bottlenecks, particularly in rubber injection molding processes.
Analyze production efficiency, focusing on optimizing mold changes and minimizing downtime.
Lead process improvement projects aimed at increasing throughput and reducing defect rates across various production lines.
Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure that preventive maintenance schedules are followed and that machines are operating at peak efficiency.
Develop and implement Lean Manufacturing principles to minimize waste and improve overall productivity.
Track and analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for further improvements.
Provide technical guidance to the production team, ensuring that they are following best practices in equipment operation and safety.
Ensure compliance with quality control procedures, with a special focus on rubber product specifications and industry standards.
Collaborate with the management team to meet production targets and maintain high-quality output.
Train staff on the latest industrial engineering practices and technologies relevant to rubber manufacturing.

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
Experience with ISO 9001 quality management systems and other relevant certifications.
Minimum of five years of experience in rubber manufacturing or related fields, with expertise in rubber injection molding processes.
Strong understanding of process optimization techniques, including time-motion studies and production line balancing.
Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex systems and implement practical solutions.
Strong communication skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in English (speaking and writing); Arabic language skills are a plus.
