Our Esteemed client is seeking an experienced Production Manager with a strong background in steel fabrication to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of steel fabrication processes, quality standards, and operational management within the UAE and GCC markets.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day production activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.

• Coordinate production schedules and optimize workflow to meet project timelines and budget requirements.

• Supervise and lead a team of production staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.

• Collaborate with engineering and procurement teams to ensure efficient material utilization and cost-effective production methods.

• Implement and enforce operational procedures to enhance productivity and minimize downtime.

• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production efficiency, quality control, and workforce performance.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance operational effectiveness.

• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

• Lead and manage all production operations within the steel fabrication factory.

• Plan, schedule, and supervise production processes to ensure efficient workflow and timely project delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the steel fabrication industry, specifically in the UAE and GCC.

• Proven track record of successfully managing production operations and delivering projects on time and within budget.

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team.
