Job Responsibilities:

• Production Planning:Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands while optimizing resources.
• Team Management:Lead, mentor, and supervise production teams to ensure high performance and adherence to safety standards.
• Quality Control:Monitor manufacturing processes to maintain product quality and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Process Optimization:Identify and execute strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize production costs.
• Equipment Maintenance:Oversee the maintenance and repair of production machinery to ensure minimal downtime.
