The Job

The Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• To ensure that production processes are being followed up to high quality standards.
• To supervise employees whilst carrying out production activities.
• To keep a good communication with supervisors and other departments.
• To assist in the training and coaching to employees.
• To ensure high standards of cleanliness in the production and ensure tidiness, safety and productivity.
• To ensure all health and safety measures are adhered to by all employees.

The Profile

Skills and Specifications:

• This post calls for a minimum of 3 years’ work experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• Good communication and decision-making skills, diligent approach, and ability to lead effectively by example are important requisites for this post.
• Candidate is required to be conversant in English and be computer literate in Microsoft Office applications.
