What do we need from you

We are hiring an experienced Production Engineer – Steel Structure with a strong background in steel fabrication and a minimum of 10 years of hands-on UAE experience. The ideal candidate will manage and optimize production operations, ensuring high-quality output, cost-efficiency, and timely project delivery in compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily steel fabrication and welding operations in the production facility.

• Ensure production is carried out as per approved engineering drawings and client specifications.

• Coordinate with QA/QC, procurement, design, and project teams to ensure smooth workflow.

• Review and interpret structural steel fabrication drawings, BOQs, and welding procedures.

• Plan manpower, machines, and materials for efficient shop floor operations.

• Monitor productivity and quality output, implementing corrective actions as needed.

• Ensure strict compliance with HSE policies and UAE labor laws.

• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide technical training to workers.

• Maintain production documentation, including daily reports, NCRs, and inspection records.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of production systems and processes.
