• Optimize Production Processes : Analyze and monitor HVAC duct fabrication operations to improve productivity and reducecosts.
• Planning & Scheduling : Develop and manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery while minimizing downtime.
• Quality Assurance : Enforce stringent quality control measures and ensure all products meet specifications and industrystandards.
• Equipment Maintenance : Oversee the maintenance and calibration of production equipment to maintain optimalperformance.
• Troubleshooting : Address and resolve issues related to materials, machinery, and workflow interruptions.
• Cost Efficiency : Collaborate with procurement and operations to control production expenses and reduce material waste.
• Health & Safety Compliance : Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with safety and environmentalregulations.
