Job Scope

The Production Supervisor is accountable to ensure day-to-day fabrication and assembly operations run smoothly, safely, and meet production targets and technical standards.

Main Duties And Responsibilities

• Supervise steel cutting, bending, welding, and assembly operations.
• Coordinate machine operators and fabrication workers across shifts.
• Monitor daily output to align with weekly container delivery targets.
• Interpret fabrication drawings and assist in layout planning.
• Ensure that all operations follow safety protocols and QA/QC procedures.
• Support planning and material control with inventory forecasting.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to minimize downtime of key equipment.
  
  
  

Position Requirements
