Job Description: Directs and coordinates the activities of assigned personnel in Production Engineering Section. Performs supervisory functions and exercises financial authority at the level established by management for the position.

Investigates and troubleshoots anomalies, irregularities, or problems related to production facilities on any plant or process. Analyzes relevant data and develops solutions or specifies additional information or specialist assistance.

Initiates and provides technical input into plant modifications or new facilities, from initial proposal to commissioning and startup, including minor additions or major constructions.
