Overview

Production Engineers to join our team. The role requires individuals who can work independently while also providing leadership in their respective domains. The Production Engineer will be primarily responsible for planning, designing, and executing frac jobs, ensuring operational excellence and strict adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and oversee execution of fracturing (frac) jobs to ensure completion in line with approved designs and company standards
• Provide technical expertise and leadership in the field and office, driving efficiency and reliability in operations
• Integrate well integrity considerations into all planning, design, and operational processes
• Apply in-depth knowledge of Artificial Lift (AL) technologies, including ESP, Gas Lift, and Sucker Rod Pumps, to optimize production performance
• Ensure that HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) principles are embedded in every stage of engineering design and planning
• Troubleshoot production issues and recommend practical engineering solutions
• Collaborate cross-functionally with geoscience, drilling, reservoir, and operations teams to align objectives and deliver results
