Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a capable production supervisor to plan, schedule, and monitor daily HVAC component production, including grilles, diffusers, dampers, and ducts. You will lead lines and optimize processes to meet quality and delivery targets.

The role requires hands-on knowledge of sheet metal fabrication, AutoCAD/SolidWorks, and SAP. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential for safety, cost control, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in HVAC or sheet metal product manufacturing.
• Hands-on knowledge of HVAC accessories and sheet metal fabrication processes.
• Proficiency in reading engineering drawings (AutoCAD/SolidWorks).
• Experience with SAP and production tracking software.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and monitor daily production activities for HVAC components.
• Ensure production targets are met in quality, quantity, and delivery timelines.
• Supervise machine operation, assembly lines, and manpower utilization.
• Optimize production processes for efficiency and cost reduction.
• Troubleshoot technical or process issues on the shop floor.
• Coordinate with design and quality teams to ensure compliance with specs.
• Implement and maintain manufacturing practices and safety protocols.
• Maintain preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Maintain production records, reports, and SAP entries.
• Assist in developing jigs, fixtures, and tooling.
