PRODUCTION EDITOR, AGBI
THE ROLE

Arabian Gulf Business Insight (agbi.com), is a business news platform dedicated to creating insightful content for senior business leaders across the MENA region and global markets. With a brand ethos of ‘others tell you what, we tell you why’, AGBI has caught the attention of the world’s biggest companies across the region. We are now recruiting for a Production Editor to join our team in Dubai or London on a one-year fixed-term contract.

The Production Editor is responsible for ensuring all editorial content is published to the highest standard in a timely fashion.

Reporting to the Head of Newsroom, you will manage a team of sub‑editors and work closely with the editors and writers.

The role entails refining and developing the current editorial and production workflows, processes and schedules.

You will have a good knowledge of business news and an understanding of the Gulf region’s various cultures.

You will be experienced in working in a fast‑paced environment and be used to using data to inform decisions on what our audience needs to know and how to deliver it to them.

In this key production role your daily shift pattern will be worked within the hours of 8am-10pm UAE time.
