Horizontal Digital is experiencing tremendous growth in the EMEA market. We are seeking a highly skilled Production Designer with over 7 years of relevant design experience to join our dynamic team. Our ideal candidate is an expert in Figma, adept at working on design systems and toolkit development, and has experience designing for various platforms and devices.
What you’ll do :
Develop and maintain design systems, toolkits, and guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms.
Expertly use Figma, including Autolayout, Libraries, and Tokens, to create and manage design files.
Manage file versioning and ensure the integrity of design assets.
Train and mentor team members, scaling organizational knowledge and best practices.
Design for native platforms including iOS, Android, macOS, and Windows, as well as web platforms for both mobile and desktop.
Utilize HTML / CSS and basic markup to enhance design functionality.
Create a variety of UX and Visual Design artifacts, such as ecosystems, flows, wireframes, detailed UI, and prototypes.
Collaborate with engineers to deliver pixel-perfect designs.
Maintain a high level of detail orientation and process thinking in all design tasks.
Adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and frequent ambiguity.
Leverage CSS, frontend, and Webflow experience to enhance web designs (preferred).
Previous experience building a large design system at a major tech company.
Experience communicating ideas and presenting well in order to gain consensus on new ideas and processes.
Experience advocating for design systems teams, and interested in nurturing partnerships with product teams.
Prototyping experience.

What you bring :
7+ years of relevant design experience.
Experience working on design systems, toolkit development and stewardship.
Experience with file management and versioning.
Experience training others and scaling the organization / product / team knowledge base.
Experience designing native platforms (iOS, Android, macOS, and Windows) as well as web for both mobile and desktop.
Familiar with HTML / CSS / Basic Markup.
Highly detail-oriented and a process thinker.
Experience thriving in the face of rapidly shifting priorities and frequent ambiguity.
Experience designing a variety of UX / Visual Design artifacts, such as ecosystems, flows, wireframes, detailed UI, prototypes, etc.
CSS, frontend, and webflow experience is a plus.
A blend of expertise in product-interface (UI / XD, etc) and brand-identity (visual primitives like type, color, etc.).
Partner with engineers to ship pixel-perfect designs.
Experience with designing for content management systems (Sitecore, Acquia).
Agile process experience.
