Responsibilities

• Carry out daily butchery and production activities as per operational procedures and team leader instructions.
• Perform slicing, cutting, deboning, and calibration of chicken and meat products.
• Ensure maximum product yield with minimum wastage in accordance with specifications.
• Complete assigned production tasks within required timelines based on production orders.
• Work in cold environments and during weekends or public holidays when needed.
• Identify and report deviations or unfamiliar situations to the Shift Supervisor.
• Support the Production Supervisor with any additional assigned tasks.

The role focuses on maintaining product quality, ensuring efficient workflow, and supporting daily production targets in a temperature‑controlled environment.
