Qualifications

• Willing to work in meat production and cold environment facilities.

• Prior experience in butchery or meat processing preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Support meat production and butchery operations including cutting, trimming, deboning, and portion calibration.
• Ensure accuracy in portioning and maintain product quality standards.
• Operate tools and equipment safely within a cold storage or production environment.
• Follow hygiene, sanitation, and food safety procedures at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, tools, and surrounding areas.
• Coordinate with supervisors to meet daily production targets.
• Assist in stock handling and ensure proper storage practices.
