About the job

As a member of Munich Re the MedNet Group is a leading Third-Party Administrator across the MEA region. We are currently seeking to hire a "Production Assistant", He / She will be accountable for data entry of all enrolments and endorsements for MedNet group and individual business, and preparation of data sets (eCards, policy schedules…etc.)

Your Role

• Review the received requests and ensure data quality in line with the checklist.
• Encode member details as per the provided list from the client for easy reference.
• Prepare eCards and policy schedules for processed transactions.
• Scrutinize data and conduct preliminary checks on all information gathered from PICs as it is the starting point of the whole process.
• Respond to business queries from PICs / Clients effectively and efficiently.
• Emphasize getting the new policy processed in the system within the agreed TATs and set high standards for productivity.
• Complete the policy process and computations within the agreed TATs for standard and sub-standard benefit deviations (subject to group size and number of deviations from standard benefits etc)
• Ability to manage queues and prioritizing requests.
• Enter data received from the PIC’s in relation to enrollments and endorsements to MedNext+ system
  
  

Your Profile

• Degree in Business Administration or related field
• One year experience in the Insurance Industry or TPA Company.
• Excellent knowledge of MS office and Computer literacy
• Knowledge related to medical terminology is a plus
• Ability to operate effectively with people at all levels of business.
• Ability to work under strict deadlines and handle pressure.
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
