Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Supervise and coordinate daily operations in the chemical production facility
2. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
3. Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency
4. Train and mentor production staff on best practices and safety protocols
5. Identify and troubleshoot production issues in a timely manner
6. Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and productivity
7. Maintain accurate production records and reports
8. Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
9. Ensure proper maintenance and operation of production equipment
10. Assist in making production batches as per the formula
11. Assist in making products and samples as required
12. Maintain batch records and relevant production records
13. Maintain production area as per health and safety standards

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Bachelor's in Science or Diploma in Chemical Engineering
2. Basic computer knowledge
3. Fluency in English (Written & Spoken)
4. Willing to work 12-hour shifts (Day/Night) for 6 days a week
