Job summary

Techwaresoft LLC in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an AI/LLM Application Engineer to build governed AI features for an internal relationship-management platform. The role emphasizes secure, production-ready AI with RAG, citations, and human approval workflows, including Arabic report generation.

You'll develop Python/TypeScript services and UI workflows, implement RBAC and monitoring, and create AI evaluation frameworks to measure quality and safety.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software engineering experience with production LLM implementations.
• Hands-on experience delivering LLM-powered features used by real users.
• Experience with AI evaluation, prompt versioning, observability, and secure deployments.
• Strong RAG experience including embeddings, retrieval, grounding, and citations.

Responsibilities

• Assess existing architecture, data sources, and AI integration requirements.
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines, retrieval systems, citations, guardrails, and fallback mechanisms.
• Develop Python/TypeScript services and UI workflows for AI outputs, feedback, and approvals.
• Implement security features including RBAC, logging, monitoring, and data controls.
• Create AI evaluation frameworks to measure quality, safety, and reliability.
• Support deployment, production releases, and technical handover
