Position Overview: The Product Sales Specialist drives sales revenue and market development for Autodesk BIM Collaborate Pro, part of Autodesk Construction Cloud. The role involves selling directly to customers or through partners in assigned geographies, establishing Autodesk BIM Collaborate Pro in the portfolio, and achieving strategic and financial objectives within the EMEA Emerging territory.

Responsibilities:

  1. Create and execute a business plan targeting customer segments and resources to meet business needs.
  2. Plan and implement sales strategies to grow revenue and adoption, building strong relationships with clients and partners.
  3. Conduct best practice sessions on workflows to maximize adoption and create expansion opportunities.
  4. Act as a Product Expert to help clients realize ROI from their investments.
  5. Drive sales opportunities with internal teams and resellers to expand the opportunity pipeline.
  6. Collaborate with marketing on events and business planning.
  7. Represent Autodesk through presentations and client engagement.
  8. Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and technologies.
  9. Develop effective sales collateral to increase Autodesk solutions adoption.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. 7+ years of proven sales experience exceeding quotas in the assigned territory.
  2. Experience in software sales within the AECO industry is advantageous.
  3. Industry experience in Architecture, Engineering, and Construction is preferred.
  4. Knowledge of Revit/AEC workflows and Autodesk Construction Cloud solutions is required.
  5. Fluent English communication skills.
  6. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  7. Strategic thinking and complex problem-solving abilities with industry knowledge.
