Job Description

To promote Galderma's product portfolio to dermatologists and medical professionals in the assigned territory, aiming to achieve or exceed sales targets and ensure sustainable growth. Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the brand and products, aligning with regional and local strategies to enhance company reputation.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Plan and visit doctors according to target schedules.
  2. Build long-term relationships with dermatologists and medical professionals to foster brand loyalty and growth.
  3. Engage and increase loyalty of KOLs to Galderma.
  4. Maintain the company's image as a dermatology leader and ensure product availability in target accounts.
  5. Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages.
  6. Implement marketing plans, including detailing and presentations to health professionals.
  7. Organize meetings and promotional activities as planned.
  8. Stay updated with product data and knowledge, presenting and discussing this information professionally.
  9. Allocate resources effectively in coordination with the Line Manager.
  10. Review sales performance and develop action plans accordingly.
  11. Submit activity reports and territory analyses regularly.
  12. Gather marketplace intelligence on competitors and industry trends.
  13. Address customer complaints and develop solutions.
  14. Ensure compliance with regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
  15. Maintain excellent medical and product knowledge.
  16. Report pharmacovigilance issues to HQ.
Candidate Requirements
  • Pharmacist with strong sales experience in a multinational pharmaceutical company.
  • At least 4-5 years of sales experience in pharmaceuticals or consumer industry.
  • Proven track record in developing customer relationships and achieving targets.
  • Analytical, organized, and passionate about sales.
  • Experience in territory and distributor management is advantageous.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
