Job Description
To promote Galderma's product portfolio to dermatologists and designated medical professionals within the assigned territory, aiming to achieve or surpass sales objectives and ensure sustainable growth. Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the Galderma brand and products in alignment with regional and local strategies, enhancing the company's reputation with each visit.
Implement the company's strategy with key stakeholders and pharmacies through active execution of sales and marketing programs.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct visits to doctors based on target visit schedules.
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with dermatologists and medical professionals to foster brand loyalty and business growth.
- Engage with and increase loyalty among KOLs to Galderma.
- Maintain the company's image as a leader in dermatology within the assigned areas and territories. Ensure product availability in all target accounts, especially key accounts.
- Monitor stock levels to guarantee product availability, avoid stockouts, and maintain optimal inventory.
- Implement marketing plans, including detailing and presentations to healthcare staff to communicate marketing messages effectively.
- Organize meetings and AV actions for doctors and pharmacists as per the company's schedule.
- Stay updated with the latest data and product knowledge provided by the company, and present this information during visits and presentations.
- Allocate resources efficiently, including time, marketing expenses, and samples, in coordination with the Line Manager.
- Review sales performance and develop action plans in collaboration with the manager.
- Submit activity and results reports, such as daily, weekly, monthly, and annual analyses.
- Gather marketplace information on competitors' pricing, products, and techniques to monitor competition.
- Handle customer complaints by investigating issues, developing solutions, and recommending actions to management.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations, internal policies, and ethical standards regarding interactions with healthcare professionals.
- Maintain excellent medical knowledge related to the disease area and products.
- Adopt an integrated dermatology strategy mindset in daily roles and responsibilities.
- Collect and report pharmacovigilance data to headquarters.
Qualifications
- Pharmacist with strong sales experience in a multinational pharmaceutical company.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in sales within the pharmaceutical or consumer industry.
- Proven track record of developing customer relationships and achieving sales targets.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, passionate, organized, and systematic.
- Experience in territory and distributor management is advantageous.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
