Job description

We are an outsourcing company that has clients in Europe, USA, and Asia. We are seeking a Product Solutions and Operations Specialist to work in one of our valued client offices in Dubai. Our client is a social media video content platform with offices in most EMEA and AMS countries.

About the Team

You will be working within the product operations team of the CIS-Workplace Service-Product team.

  • Act as a bridge between business partners and products, focusing on the operation of internal workplace service products within the enterprise.
  • Facilitate production and research teams to provide better product capabilities and solutions, supporting partner teams in Real Estate, Administration, Physical Security, and EHS to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and deploy the Ticketing System for managing internal services spanning various departments like Admin, Physical Security, HR, procurement, legal, etc.
  • Maintain an understanding of current industry trends and modify the implementation and operation tactics accordingly to ensure efficient processes.
  • Monitor user feedback, grasp user expectations, and encourage enhancements in product features and operational strategies.
  • Research and establish state-of-the-art methods for internal product operations while developing suitable tools as per generalized platforms.
  • Set precise goals for implementation and operation and work towards their fulfillment.
  • Implement SLAs to outline service objectives, supervise ticket processing, and manage metrics related to service quality.
  • Harness data analysis and visualization tools to deliver lucid insights into service processes, efficiency, and quality.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in IT implementation is desirable.
  • Proficiency with ERP-related products (financial systems, procurement systems, legal systems, etc.), backed by over 3 years of experience in system implementation and operation.
  • Demonstrate superior analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
  • Exhibit exceptional communication skills with an ability to establish trusted relationships with cross-functional teams aimed at fostering collaborative success.
  • Familiarity with low-code platforms and understanding of service management workflows will be a plus.
