Job summary

AMD CyberSec is seeking a Product Security Engineer to design and implement cutting-edge security solutions for client products. The role partners with product development teams to mature secure development lifecycle practices and deliver robust security deliverables.

You will support developers across business units, guiding mitigations for emerging threats and remediation planning, and help build security champions within R&D for ongoing maturity.

Qualifications

• Responsible for creating and implementing cutting-edge security solutions and infrastructures to secure client products.
• Works with product development teams to contribute to product security deliverables and activities.
• Supports developers in the SDLC and provides guidance on mitigations to emerging threats and remediation planning.

Responsibilities

• Build security training for internal development teams and stakeholders.
• Evaluate new security tools and technologies and build internal tools as needed.
• Integrate security tools such as SAST, SCA and DAST into development pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D Quality, Manufacturing and Regulatory to reduce security risk.
