For G.M. International DMCC (UAE) we are looking for a Product Sales Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and achieve sales targets within the region, ensuring alignment with global strategy.
  • Maintain and grow existing accounts while pursuing new business opportunities, including capital projects and conversions from competitors.
  • Manage relationships at all levels within the customer organization, including end-users, EPCs, SI, OEMs, distributors, and channel partners.
  • Oversee the coordination of pre-sales and technical presentations, proposal drafting, and negotiations.
  • Oversee pipeline management and forecasting using CRM tools and generating sales performance reports.
  • Attend regional trade shows and conferences to represent GMI.
  • Support project execution collaboratively with marketing, technical services, and engineering.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Industrial Automation, Electronics / Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines.
  • Over 10 years of experience in B2B sales within process automation, especially with functional safety Interface devices, electrical & electronics products.
  • Demonstrated success in key account management, channel development, and engagement with MAC and system Integrators in the ME market.
  • Proven negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Professionally fluent in English and / or other languages relevant to the business.
