Product & PricingManager - International Fixed Connectivity
Location: Dubai
Department: Sales

Overview
We are looking to hirea Product & Pricing Manager, responsible for managing and drivingthe product catalogue and pricing strategy for Silver Links. Thisrole will work closely with the sales team to support client meetings,shape deals, develop new propositions, and optimize pricing to maximizevalue. The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial mindset,analytical capabilities, and negotiation skills, while maintaining excellentrelationships with both external and internal stakeholders.
This role is critical indeveloping pricing strategies that align with market dynamics and businessobjectives, driving revenue growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
Deal Structuring &Pricing Strategy
Partner closely with the Sales teams on deal construction, negotiations, contract reviews, and pricing models for wholesale clients.
Develop and maintain a competitive pricing framework, ensuring profitability and market competitiveness.
Support the sales team in deal shaping and customer negotiations, attending client meetings to maximize deal value.
Ensure pricing consistency and governance across all deals, securing necessary approvals as per internal policies.

Product &Proposition Development
Own and manage wholesale product descriptions, ensuring clear documentation, updates, and alignment with market needs.
Develop innovative and demand-driven propositions based on customer insights and market trends.
Work with cross-functional teams (sales, finance, and operations) to design and launch new offerings.

Market & Competitive Analysis
Track and analyse industry trends, competitor pricing, and market developments to refine pricing strategies.
Strong understanding of market research, pricing strategies, and competitive analysis
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize pricing and product positioning.
Maintain benchmarking reports on competitors' pricing and product strategies.

Performance Monitoring& Reporting
Establish KPIs for pricing effectiveness, deal performance, and revenue growth.
Monitor, analyse, and report deal performance versus objectives in collaboration with Finance and Silver Links' Executive Team.
Provide regular updates on pricing impact, revenue trends, and profit margins, ensuring revenue recognition and identifying new opportunities.

Operational Efficiency& Governance
Run and improve the deal approval process, ensuring timely pricing approvals.
Work closely with Finance and Operations teams to ensure pricing aligns with cost structures and revenue targets.
Maintain a structured price books, ensuring documentation is up to date and accessible.

Skills &Competencies
Deep understanding of the wholesale telecommunications market, including IP transit, voice, subsea cables solutions.
Strong commercial acumen with experience in deal shaping and pricing for wholesale clients.
Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, with a proven track record in closing profitable deals.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, capable of engaging C-level stakeholders.
Highly analytical mindset, able to interpret data and develop pricing models to support business objectives.
Experience in bid management and RFP responses is a plus.
Proficiency in pricing tools, CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar), and financial modelling tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.).

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's or master's degree in business, Engineering, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in wholesale telecom pricing, product management, or commercial strategy.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with a strong ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Ability to build strong relationships and work cross-functionally.
Customer-centric mindset, able to align product and pricing strategies with client needs.
Fluent in English; French is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in capacity pricing, IP transit, and submarine cable commercial models.
Understanding of financial modelling, cost analysis, and margin optimization.
Familiarity with contract negotiation, legal terms, and pricing governance frameworks.
