About the Company

AEserver is a leading domain name registrar and Web/Cloud Hosting company with a focus on the GCC/MENA region and clients around the globe. We offer robust, secure, and scalable infrastructure, with servers hosted in top-tier data centers across Germany, the USA, and the UAE. Our fully remote team operates from various parts of the world, collaborating across time zones while generally aligning with Dubai working hours.The main focus of the business is on domain names (being an accredited registrar), shared web hosting, business email, security and more advanced offerings such as cloud VPS/Dedicated servers and other web presence apps and tools.

We’re expanding our portfolio of value-added services and are hiring a Product Manager to lead the implementation and rollout of new digital products. These could include email services, website builders, security tools, and more. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that bridges strategy, execution, and ongoing management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, research, and evaluate new product opportunities aligned with AEserver’s strategic roadmap & management’s vision.
  • Source and negotiate with vendors for new services – including pricing, terms, SLAs, and technical requirements.
  • Finalize commercial agreements and ensure smooth onboarding of new vendors/products.
  • Develop a comprehensive Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for each product, including positioning, pricing, packaging, and marketing plans.
  • Coordinate with the website and content teams to ensure the new product is well-represented on AEserver.com, including UI/UX, copywriting, and product pages.
  • Create product documentation, onboarding flows, and customer support knowledge base articles to ensure client success and internal support team enablement.
  • Deliver internal training to sales, support, and marketing teams to align everyone on the new product’s value and usage.
  • Monitor product performance post-launch and manage ongoing vendor relationships to ensure service levels are met and customer satisfaction is maintained.
  • Act as the internal champion and product expert across teams, ensuring consistency in product experience and messaging.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, project management, or business development – ideally in the web hosting, SaaS, or cloud services industry.
  • Strong understanding of web hosting services, email infrastructure, website builders, cybersecurity tools, or related digital products.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling new products or services.
  • Experience negotiating vendor agreements and managing third-party partnerships.
  • Solid understanding of GTM strategies, pricing models, and market analysis.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly documentation and training.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-starter with a remote-first, independent work ethic and a proactive attitude.
  • Fluent in English – both written and spoken.

Ideal to Have:

  • Previous experience working in a hosting company or with domain-related services.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as WHMCS, cPanel, Plesk, or similar.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or CMS systems like WordPress.
  • Multilingual skills (Arabic, English, etc.) are a plus.
  • Exposure to current and modern offerings such as a.i site builders, ai managed wordpress, backup tools, email vendors, extendify, monarx, marketgoo, rankingcoach, acronis, logo generators, seo directory listing tools, etc
