Job summary

Etihad Airways is seeking a Product Owner to drive customer-facing digital experiences across its website and digital products from Abu Dhabi. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Computing, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Digital or related field.
• 5+ years’ relevant experience; 3+ in Product Owner, Digital Product, or similar roles.
• Proven delivery of large-scale transactional websites or e-commerce journeys.
• Airline, aviation, travel, hospitality, or loyalty experience strongly preferred.
• Strong backlog, user story, acceptance criteria, and value-based prioritization skills.

• Align priorities, KPIs and outcomes with Product Managers.
• Lead refinement; participate in PI Planning and Scrum ceremonies.

• Clarify requirements and priorities as the delivery team’s product contact.
• Accept functionality against requirements and Definition of Done; support UAT.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and cross-team impacts; escalate blockers.
• Use analytics, operational insights and KPIs to optimize journeys.
• Ensure consistent journeys across channels and platforms.
• Support releases, monitor performance and prioritize defects and improvements.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• 5+ years’ relevant experience ; 3+ in Product Owner, Digital Product, or similar roles.
• Proven delivery of large-scale transactional websites or e-commerce journeys.
• Airline, aviation, travel, hospitality, or loyalty experience strongly preferred.
• Strong backlog, user story, acceptance criteria, and value-based prioritization skills.
• Understanding of APIs, web platforms, CMS, analytics, and third-party integrations.
• Hands-on Jira, Confluence, SAFe and Scrum experience.
• Analytical, customer-focused, and data-led decision-making skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
• CSPO, PSPO, SAFe PO/PM or equivalent certification advantageous.
