A prominent semi-government organization in Dubai is seeking a Product Owner- Guest Experience to enhance digital products for guests. The role involves defining product vision, managing backlogs, and collaborating with stakeholders. Candidates should have 8+ years of experience in digital transformation, with expertise in Agile methodologies and consumer-facing products. Immediate availability is preferred. This is a 24-month contract role.
We are looking to hire a Product Owner- Guest Experience who will be responsible for defining, developing, and continuously improving digital products that enhance the guest journey across all digital channels for our client based in Dubai – one of the largest semi-government oraganization in the region.
This position is a contract role with an initial duration of 24 months and is renewable based on performance.
The role sits within the Brand & Communications Department and reports directly to the Head – Brand & Communications.
We are looking for a passionate Product Owner- Guest Experience who can drive product vision, strategy, and execution to deliver seamless, intuitive, and personalized guest experiences. You should also have experience in Agile methodologies, customer journey design, digital transformation, and stakeholder management.
