Qualifications

Job description

We are looking to hire a Product Owner- Guest Experience who will be responsible for defining, developing, and continuously improving digital products that enhance the guest journey across all digital channels for our client based in Dubai – one of the largest semi-government oraganization in the region.

This position is a contract role with an initial duration of 24 months and is renewable based on performance.

The role sits within the Brand & Communications Department and reports directly to the Head – Brand & Communications.

We are looking for a passionate Product Owner- Guest Experience who can drive product vision, strategy, and execution to deliver seamless, intuitive, and personalized guest experiences. You should also have experience in Agile methodologies, customer journey design, digital transformation, and stakeholder management.

Key responsibilities:

  • Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and priorities for guest digital products.
  • Manage the product backlog, write user stories, and guide delivery teams using Agile practices.
  • Champion guest experience through journey mapping, accessibility, and continuous feedback loops.
  • Ensure products drive revenue, engagement, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across business, operations, and IT to ensure alignment.
  • Track and analyze product performance to optimize user experience and business impact.

Knowledge, skills & experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 8+ years’ experience as a Product Owner/Manager in digital transformation and consumer-facing products.
  • Strong expertise in digital platforms, CMS, CRM, personalization, loyalty, and eCommerce.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum/SAFe).
  • Product Owner/Management certifications (CSPO, SAFe, or equivalent) are preferred.
