Job summary

The Vault is seeking a Product Owner to own the end-to-end product vision, roadmap, and requirements for its MPC-based custody and wallet platform. You will be the single point of accountability for what the platform builds and why, translating cryptographic and security constraints into clear product requirements.

You will collaborate with cryptography research, engineering, security, and compliance teams, while partnering with the Delivery Manager to define scope, priority, and acceptance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager on a technical platform such as fintech, security, or cryptography-adjacent products.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the product vision, roadmap, and requirements for the custody platform.
• Prioritise the backlog across customer commitments, security audits, cryptographic milestones, and regulatory obligations.
• Translate cryptographic and security constraints into clear, testable product requirements with acceptance criteria.
• Define core platform capabilities: threshold signing, HSM/ Ledger integration, non-extractable key shares, recovery and policy flows.
• Lead customer and stakeholder discovery and produce high-quality written specifications.
• Make product-level trade-offs between new features, platform hardening, and technical debt.
• Serve as the primary product interface between cryptography research, engineering, security, compliance, design, and customer-facing teams.
• Represent the platform externally in partner, auditor, and investor conversations.
