Job Brief:

We are urgently seeking a dynamic Product Owner with hands-on experience in managing digital PO

booking and post-booking/AI journeys, ideally within the travel or airline industry. The ideal candidate will

have a strong background working with Amadeus Digital platforms and a proven track record of delivering

AI/ML use cases and data science-driven products.

Key Responsibilities:

Own and drive the end-to-end product lifecycle for booking and post-booking journeys.

Collaborate with UX/UI, engineering, and data science teams to deliver impactful digital experiences.

Translate customer needs and business goals into clear product requirements and roadmaps.

Prioritize features and manage backlogs to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Partner closely with stakeholders to deliver AI/ML-powered enhancements to the customer experience.

Define KPIs and measure product performance and ROI post-launch.

Required Experience:

Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in digital platforms.

Strong experience with Amadeus Digital booking and post-booking modules.

Proven experience delivering AI/ML-driven product features and data science solutions.

Strong understanding of digital customer journeys in travel, aviation, or ecommerce sectors.

Exceptional stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Agile/Scrum experience preferred.

Desirable Skills:

Technical understanding of AI/ML pipelines and data models.

Experience working with APIs, customer personalization tools, and recommendation engines.

Background in airline, OTA, or travel-tech product environments
