Job description

An exciting opportunity has opened for a seasoned Product Owner to lead end-to-end digital transformation initiatives across a high-impact real estate portfolio. This role will take ownership of a comprehensive product roadmap, working across multiple business functions including marketing, sales, finance, procurement, HR, and operations. The successful candidate will drive the adoption and optimisation of key enterprise systems such as Salesforce, SAP S/4HANA, and a newly launched Super App.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and refine user stories for iterative delivery.
• Own and prioritise the product backlog based on business value and user impact.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and delivery oversight in an Agile environment.
• Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders and gather requirements across departments.
• Monitor performance, gather user feedback, and use data to guide enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.
• Stay ahead of market trends and introduce innovative ideas to improve product value.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in digital transformation or product management.
• Proven experience delivering solutions within real estate or leisure and finance are a MUST
• Hands-on experience with systems like S/4HANA, Salesforce, or other CRM/ERP platforms.
• Strong Agile background (Scrum, Kanban), with experience owning backlogs and leading cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with a focus on execution, customer experience, and measurable impact.
