Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally in e-commerce, ad tech, or B2B SaaS for SMEs.
• Proven track record of building and scaling tech products from concept to launch.
• Strong understanding of one or more of (i) communication platforms (WhatsApp, SMS, etc), (ii) ad tech, (iii) e-commerce, and (iv) digital marketing tools.
• Experience in defining and executing B2B growth strategies for SMEs.
• Technical understanding of APIs, integrations, and SaaS platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on user behavior and product analytics.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product vision & roadmap – Define and execute the product strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead end-to-end product development – Oversee ideation, development, and deployment of features and enhancements.
• Market & user research – Understand SME pain points, industry trends, and customer needs to drive innovation.
• WhatsApp Business & Ad Tech integration – Develop solutions leveraging WhatsApp API and other business communication tools.
• Collaboration & execution – Work with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless product rollout.
• Performance tracking – Define key KPIs, measure success, and iterate based on insights and feedback.
• Competitive analysis – Stay ahead of industry trends, benchmarking against top WhatsApp Business providers.
