Collaborating with DT&I and stakeholders, you will align business requirements with system capabilities and drive adoption. You will perform user acceptance testing, monitor user actions, and implement key KPIs to enhance system performance and usability.
This role is a core team member of the Cargo Systems and Processes team. You will work with vendors and Cargo DTI team and ensure all understand the required features and functionality of products to be delivered in each iteration.
Accountabilities
- Prioritize and coordinate the delivery of bug fixes, enhancements, and new releases for Cargo systems in collaboration with DT&I and Cargo stakeholders across Commercial and Operations.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to gather and incorporate business requirements into the product roadmap, ensuring successful adoption across the organization.
- Manage user acceptance testing (UAT) by defining scope, scenarios, and providing guidance to all relevant stakeholders during system upgrades.
- Support Cargo Revenue Management systems with data analysis and calibration to enhance decision-making capabilities.
- Own and maintain the team backlog, ensuring all items are clearly defined, estimated, and prioritized, while coordinating dependencies with other Product Owners.
- Define features and user stories, including detailed acceptance criteria and test cases, in alignment with business goals and the Definition of Done (DoD).
- Accept completed stories and features by validating they meet all acceptance criteria, pass tests, and adhere to the DoD.
- Ensure DT&I and vendors clearly understand the functionality and priorities for each iteration.
- Facilitate iteration planning, regular demos to stakeholders focusing on critical deliverables and drive discussions on what can be improved to increase the velocity and quality

Education & Experience
- Bachelor s degree Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Research, Information systems
- 3 years of experience in Revenue Management systems or product development ideally within the cargo or aviation industry
- Proven track record in managing product roadmaps, system upgrades, and user acceptance testing.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies including SAFe, Scrum and Lean Portfolio Management
- Technical and business operations knowledge with proven ability to drive solutions
- Recognised as an active team player, with excellent communication and coordination skills as this role requires working with multiple teams across the organisation
