Job Description
How you will make an impact:
- Develop an annual product marketing plan and execute it to effectively market Edwards' existing products to constituents including sales representatives, clinicians, and hospital administrators.
- Develop comprehensive marketing plans including strategies and tactics for major product launches.
- Build relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to inform product launch plans and understand the current market environment and competition.
- Create marketing messages based on regional strategies, current literature, competitive environment, and regulatory/legal requirements for major product launches.
- Develop product materials and programs supporting launch and commercialization strategies for major product launches.
- Lead major projects for the Congress Management process.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to drive marketing collateral/labeling through legal and regulatory approval processes for major product launches.
- Develop patient brochures required for regional product approvals.
- Lead the execution of major product launches in collaboration with regional partners, including Salesforce training on product, messaging, and competition.
- Develop the clinical story supporting the regional value proposition for major product launches.
- Manage budgets related to product lines, campaigns, and projects.
- Analyze clinical and market data to assess the regional impact of potential product launches.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field.
- At least 8 years of experience in sales, marketing, or healthcare industry.
Additional Skills and Qualities
- Excellent documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, including negotiation and relationship management.
- Extensive knowledge of marketing concepts, principles, and market research design.
- Ability to forecast product lines and assess market share, pricing, and competitive dynamics.
- Strong clinical knowledge related to Edwards' products and understanding of healthcare purchasing processes.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage relationships with sales, clinical, governmental, and training teams.
