The Role

Ready to make waves in fintech? This is an incredibly exciting time to join NymCard! As a rapidly growing embedded finance platform, we're powering solutions across 11 markets in MENA and beyond. From card issuing and lending to money movement, we're transforming how businesses create financial products. Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that positions NymCard's platform for new business acquisition and sustainable growth.
  2. Product Positioning: Craft compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with institutional clients, using market insights and customer research to drive relevance and differentiation.
  3. Go-To-Market Execution: Lead the execution of marketing campaigns, including go-to-market strategies for new products and features tailored for the institutional market. Ensure timely and successful product launches.
  4. Thought Leadership: Establish NymCard as a leader in embedded finance by developing thought leadership content, including whitepapers, webinars, and speaking opportunities at industry events.
  5. Performance Marketing: Drive performance marketing initiatives to generate leads, measure campaign effectiveness, and optimize marketing ROI through data-driven insights.
  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and client support teams to ensure cohesive user experiences and consistent product messaging across all channels.
  7. Product Feedback Loops: Establish and manage a feedback loop with institutional users to gather insights, influence product enhancements, and ensure the product meets client needs.
  8. Market Research: Lead market research efforts to identify industry trends, analyze competitor strategies, and understand client pain points to refine marketing approaches.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in fintech or SaaS.
  • Proven success in go-to-market strategy and execution.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for marketing decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with a passion for cross-functional teamwork.
