Improbable is building a next-generation blockchain for real-time, large-scale applications. We are hiring a Product Marketing Manager to shape how a decentralised exchange is presented to alpha groups, trading communities and professional traders.

You’ll translate onchain trading insights into compelling messaging and go‑to‑market execution. Collaborating with Product and the Head of Marketing, you’ll lead launches, shape positioning, and drive growth while staying close to crypto-native

Qualifications

• Solid experience in product marketing or a related role.
• Hands‑on experience in Web3, consumer fintech or trading products.
• Experience with retail trading products or exchanges (DEX/CEX).
• Proven ability to own positioning and execute go-to-market campaigns.

Responsabilités

• Shape the positioning, launches and market story for the product.
• Own messaging across alpha groups, trading communities and professional traders.
• Lead go-to-market activity from brief through post-launch measurement.
• Act as the team’s expert on onchain derivatives and trading landscape.
• Turn market intelligence into positioning, product recommendations and growth tactics.
• Support adoption and retention via community leaderboards and referral mechanics.
