Job summary

NEXT Ventures in the UAE is looking for a Trading Product Manager to shape the product vision across our trading and brokerage ecosystem. You will align user needs, regulatory requirements, and business goals while leading cross-functional teams to deliver scalable fintech products.

You will own backlogs, define acceptance criteria, collaborate with Engineering, Design, QA, and Operations, and drive performance with data-driven decisions and clear communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in fintech and brokerage environments.
• Technical literacy in AI technologies to differentiate feasible vs impractical ideas.
• Ability to collaborate with engineers on APIs, data models, and system design.
• Experience applying data-driven prioritization frameworks like RICE or Kano.
• Excellent communication translating business goals into technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for assigned product areas.
• Align product initiatives with business goals, user needs, and market opportunities.
• Identify growth opportunities through structured discovery and user research.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, translating requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, QA, and Operations to ensure high-quality, on-time releases.
• Lead internal rollouts and training to drive adoption across operations and support teams.
• Define product success metrics and continuously optimize based on data and user feedback.
• Work with Compliance and Risk teams to ensure regulatory alignment in product development.
• Demonstrated success launching and scaling trading or brokerage products in fintech.
• Strong commercial acumen — balancing user experience, regulatory requirements, and revenue impact.
• Ownership mindset with a track record of delivering measurable product outcomes in high-growth settings.

Your Role in Our Mission

As the Trading Product Manager in FNmarkets, you will define and drive the product vision for our trading and brokerage ecosystem, ensuring seamless experiences across trading platforms (ex MT5, cTrader etc) and internal operations. By aligning user needs, business priorities, and regulatory requirements, you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-impact fintech products that strengthen our competitive edge.

Product Vision & Strategy

• Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for assigned product areas

Product Execution & Delivery

• Own and prioritize the product backlog, translating requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria


• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, QA, and Operations to ensure high-quality, on-time releases


• Lead internal rollouts and training to drive adoption across operations and support teams

Performance & Compliance

• Define product success metrics and continuously optimize based on data and user feedback


• Work closely with Compliance and Risk teams to ensure regulatory alignment in all product developments

What You Bring

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in fintech and brokerage environments


• Sufficient technical literacy in AI technologies (e.g., Claude, agent frameworks) to distinguish feasible solutions from impractical ideas.


• Technical fluency to collaborate with engineers on APIs, database structures, and system architecture


• Experience applying data-driven prioritization frameworks such as RICE, Kano, or similar


• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable technical requirements


• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
