Job summary

Talabat seeks an experienced Product Manager to shape the future of work by treating talent architecture as a product. You will drive growth, personalization, and authentic collaboration across squads, designing experiences that empower our people to reach their full potential.

You will lead discovery end-to-end, partner with business leaders and People Partners, and translate research into scalable solutions for diverse roles and country contexts.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of work experience in Product Management.
• Strong understanding of Agile product management and empowered teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams and deliver results.
• Interest in building world-class employee experiences and solving complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Design authentic people experiences and products across diverse roles and contexts.
• Lead discovery from problem framing to solution validation with your squad.
• Collaborate with business leaders and People Partners to uncover unmet employee needs.
• Own the metrics and define what success looks like before launch.
• Drive cross-functional execution and manage dependencies to ensure delivery.
