Job summary

ORO24 Developments in Dubai is seeking a Product Manager to own the full product lifecycle, from market research and concept development to sourcing, testing, pricing, launch and channel expansion. The role focuses on high-margin, unique and scalable products to meet market demand.

You will identify profitable opportunities, work with international suppliers (notably China), and drive product development with R&D, procurement, sales and marketing teams, ensuring quality and compliant sourcing

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in business, product management, retail, supply chain, engineering, design, marketing, or related field.

Responsibilities

The Product Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, sourcing, and managing a differentiated portfolio of diverse products. The role will own the product lifecycle from market research and concept development through sourcing, testing, pricing, launch, merchandising, and channel expansion, with a strong focus on high-margin, unique, functional, and scalable products.

Identify and select unique, profitable, and high-demand products that fit the company’s business goals.

Understand customer needs, market trends, competitors, and identify opportunities for new products.

3. International Sourcing & R&D Interface

Work with international suppliers and R&D teams to source, develop, and improve products, especially from markets like China.

4.Product Development & Modular Concepts

Develop innovative, multifunctional, and space-saving products from the initial idea to the final product.

5.Quality, Testing & Compliance

Ensure products meet required standards for quality, safety, durability, packaging, and certifications.

Set the right price, maintain healthy profit margins, and manage stock levels based on demand and sales potential.

7.Cross-Functional Ecosystem Ownership

Coordinate with R&D, Procurement, Sales, Marketing, and other teams to ensure smooth product development and execution.

Decide how products should be displayed, presented, packaged, and positioned to attract customers and increase sales.

Make products ready for online sales and other channels by ensuring proper pricing, descriptions, images, and specifications.

10.Governance, Documentation & Process Discipline

Maintain proper product records, supplier information, certifications, and ensure all product processes are properly followed.
