We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our Wealth and Personal Banking team, working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets.

In this role, you will:

'?' Reporting to the Head of Secured Lending, this is a country role to support the delivery of the business strategy for Mortgage and Secured OD products & services. The product range of Mortgage cover Variable rate, Fixed rate, Green Mortgage for UAE properties.

'?' The role has overall responsibility for Mortgage products, with an emphasis on product strategy execution and management, platform and controls oversight, and provide support to Head of Secured Lending in managing the Country product P&L. The role requires interface with global and country teams across Mortgages, Operations and Technology, as well as Sales & Distribution, Proposition and Marketing functions to deliver competitive solutions that meet client needs.

'?' This is a Managerial role within Transactional Banking and Mortgages team.

Requirements

Knowledge / Experience

'?' Bachelor's degree is must to obtain visa in UAE

'?' Relevant experience in local and international Mortgage Products

'?' Strong product management knowledge, good market/industry knowledge and proven ability to translate into product strategy formulation

'?' Experience of product development, designing customer journeys, and using analytics & insight to meet customer needs

'?' Experience of organizational leadership and commercial management of Mortgage products

'?' Proven experience in driving implementation of operations/systems programmes through informing design and execution as the subject matter expert

'?' Strong leadership communication skills.

'?' Relevant qualification in a relevant business discipline.
