Job description

  • Ensure execution and monitor results of product strategy to ensure the comprehensive achievement of Personal Finance strategic goals.
  • Coordinate delivery and monitor achievement of the product profitability targets.
  • Organize seamless execution of new product propositions, processes, and systems.
  • Maintain records of customer transaction documents by Fatwa & Sharia Supervisory Board (FSSB) and Legal Department to ensure compliance with Sharia and legal guidelines.
  • Assist in identifying and implementing revenue generation and cost reduction opportunities to enhance product profitability.
  • Ensure effective execution of process, system, TAT, and documentation improvement opportunities to strengthen the product proposition.
  • Coordinate with sales, operations, credit, IT, BPA, Shariah, legal, audit, and collections to achieve product sales, profitability, and positioning objectives.
  • Ensure timely and effective rollout of marketing communications and promotions, leveraging acquisition seasonality and competitor initiatives.
  • Coordinate the resolution of process breakdowns and policy interpretation related to customer issues across all functions to ensure a seamless product experience.
  • Strengthen existing business relationships with vendors to ensure delivery of high levels of service to customers.
  • Monitor competitor activity and assist in implementing effective countermeasures to achieve Personal Finance strategic goals.
  • Recognize business opportunities or problems, recommend action plans, and effectively implement them to meet strategic objectives.

Education:

MBA is a plus.

Experience:

Professional experience in retail banking, products, consumer behavior, marketing, and product development practices with a minimum of 4-6 years of work experience. Job ID JB1100014359
