Description

Role : Product Manager Personal Finance
Location : Abu Dhabi
Role Purpose:
Product management and development
Key Accountabilities of the role
Product Management / Development:

  • Achieving product and business development objectives by helping the Product Head in setting the channel objectives and effective channel performance tracking and ensuring right processes/ systems in place.
  • Assist Product Head in launching new product variants campaigns and sales boosters.

Strategy:

  • To assist in developing the product strategy by doing the effective competition scan.
  • To ensure execution of the business projects in line with Product Strategy.
  • Execution of PF strategy in liaison with internal stakeholders.
  • Closely interact with IT and Digital factory for the development of required product features and relevant UATs.

Targets and Budgets:

  • Manage product performance against the set targets

Policies Systems Processes & Procedures:

  • Timely update of SOP and Policy manuals.
  • Improve credit policies in line with market scan through Test programs.
  • Ensure achieving the set KPIs of application processing i.e. STP rate and RTS rate.
  • Regular trainings to frontline.
  • Process digitization to improve customer and user experience.
  • Ensure compliance to CB and CPR regulatory guidelines.

Governance and Controls:

  • Managing regulatory reporting internal or external audits on the product and timely closure of audit comments.
  • Ensure timely update / testing of RCSA and tracking of GRC pending items.
  • Perform exceptions management.

Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:

  • Understating of market dynamics including demographic factors competitor products and services
  • Understanding of digital channels and digital product offerings on Personal Finance
  • In depth understanding of credit policies / application processes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Time Management skills
