What Youll Do: As a Product Manager for Motorola Solutions and ISS, you will promote and sell their portfolio of products and/or services and solutions directly to current and new customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Revenue & Market Growth: Achieve budget targets, drive revenue and channel growth, and increase product reach in Gulf countries.
  • Market Research: Analyze Ingram Micros market share and position across regions and channel segments.
  • Partner Planning: Lead joint partner planning to establish performance objectives, financial targets, and key milestones for successful partnerships.
  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans, collaborating with the marketing team to measure success.
  • Reseller Programs: Design and implement tailored reseller programs for different channel segments to drive product sales and market penetration.
  • Vendor Fund Management: Manage and optimize the use of vendor marketing funds in accordance with vendor contracts.
  • Stock & Demand Management: Ensure healthy stock levels to meet market demand and maintain both topline (revenue) and bottom line (gross profit) targets.
  • Team Leadership & Training: Guide and support the sales and business development teams, organizing training roadshows and seminars for resellers.

What You Bring to the Role: We're looking for someone with:

  • 5-7 years of experience in IP Surveillance in the Gulf region within a multinational environment; previous experience in distribution is advantageous.
  • You are an individual contributor with excellent time management and planning skills, and specialist in technical or business skills.
  • You are a decision maker who can work under pressure with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • You may have sales and sales-related technical certifications for respective products.
  • You can work independently with limited supervision, coach lower-level professionals, and influence best practices and procedures.
