Job summary

Etihad Airways in Abu Dhabi seeks a Senior Product Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle of our customer-facing mobile experiences, defining strategy, roadmaps, and delivery across iOS and Android in partnership with technology, UX, analytics and business stakeholders.

You will drive agile delivery, monitor KPIs, leverage customer insights and market trends, and coordinate with internal teams and partners to ensure scalable, high-performing apps that meet user needs and business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/Information Systems or related field.
• 7+ years product management experience, with 5+ years in mobile apps at scale.
• Proven track record launching customer-facing mobile apps on iOS and Android.
• Experience with mobile ecosystems, analytics, UX, and experimentation frameworks.
• Experience with native iOS/Android or cross-platform tech such as Flutter or React Native.
• Airline or travel industry experience required.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication in Agile environments (SAFe/Scrum).

Synopsis

Responsible for driving the strategy, roadmap, delivery, and performance of Etihad's Mobile App portfolio. Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, Digital, the role owns the end-to-end product lifecycle of customer-facing mobile experiences, partnering closely with technology, UX, analytics, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative, data-driven solutions that enhance customer engagement, satisfaction, and commercial outcomes.

Accountabilities

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Etihad's mobile applications.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and prioritization through delivery, launch, and optimization.
• Collaborate with UX, engineering, architecture, and business teams to deliver intuitive, scalable, and high-performing mobile experiences.
• Drive Agile product delivery, managing priorities, dependencies, risks, and release planning.
• Leverage customer insights, analytics, market trends, and competitive benchmarking to inform product decisions.
• Monitor product KPIs, adoption, engagement, and customer feedback to continuously improve the mobile experience.
• Manage third-party vendors and technology partners to ensure successful product delivery and operational excellence.
• Act as the voice of the customer, balancing user needs with business objectives and technical considerations.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 7+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years managing mobile app products at scale.
• Proven success launching and growing customer-facing mobile applications across iOS and Android platforms.
• Strong understanding of mobile app ecosystems, customer journeys, app analytics, mobile UX, and experimentation frameworks.
• Experience working with mobile development teams using native (iOS, Android) and/or cross-platform technologies such as Flutter or React Native.
• Demonstrated ability to define product strategy, prioritize roadmaps, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Airline or travel industry experience is required.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Experience working within Agile environments, including SAFe and Scrum.
