As a PM II in the Customer Experience team, you will be responsible for executing the vision and strategy for Careem's Everything App experience, impacting how users see Careem daily. This involves building products to improve customer activation and deepen engagement on the platform, while facilitating growth. The role requires rapid experimentation to identify optimal experiences for Careem's customers and to build engaging journeys aligned with business objectives.

This role demands a blend of customer-first thinking, technical acumen, communication skills, collaboration, and a willingness to dive into details for seamless execution. You will work across engineering, design, operations, and research teams, serving as an internal bridge. You will have significant ownership and an opportunity to do meaningful work.

Responsibilities:
  1. Product Areas: Shaping and executing key priorities for the Everything App Experience, including rapid experimentation.
  2. Roadmap: Building and driving the roadmap, being accountable for impact and outcomes.
  3. Collaboration: Working closely with vertical teams to enable cross-cutting experiences.
  4. Stakeholder Management: Managing diverse stakeholders, establishing stability, and applying principled decision-making frameworks.
  5. Culture of Impact and Innovation: Building a best-in-class experience guided by first principles, data, rapid iteration, and ambitious ideas.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of Product Management experience in customer-facing, B2B, or SaaS products on a global scale, including 0 to 1 and scaling phases.
  • Proven track record of unlocking significant, product-led growth in spaces like marketplaces, e-commerce, quick commerce, urban mobility, SuperApps, or fintech.
  • Technical background preferred, with experience in SaaS and tech-enabled products such as developer portals and APIs.
  • Platform mindset with experience building scalable, flexible solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of product management best practices and experience working in empowered teams.
  • Excellent collaboration and influencing skills.
  • Impact-driven with an experimentation mindset and understanding of pitfalls like randomness.
  • Motivated to make an impact, deliver results quickly, and elevate the regional ecosystem.
  • Education: BS/MS or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
