Job summary
Alpaca is building the brokerage infrastructure layer used across the Gulf to launch and scale trading products. We are expanding in Saudi Arabia and the UAE with live market access and a regional roadmap, including Sharia-compliant offerings and regulatory alignment.
You will own the product strategy, define requirements, and ship features while coordinating with regulators, partners, and internal teams to make Alpaca the platform of choice across the Kingdom and the wider GCC.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, Consulting, or starting a startup.
- Experience in financial services or fintech is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own brokerage products for GCC markets across equities, Sukuk, ETFs, derivatives, and Sharia-compliant solutions.
- Define and drive product strategy by ROI, regulatory requirements, and market competition.
- Write product requirements and work with engineers to deliver compliant regional features.
- Collaborate with regulators and partners to ensure regulatory alignment.
